SERVING TEMPERATURE
60-65°F

VINIFICATION

Maceration of the skins for 5 to 10 days; fermentation at 25-28°C with frequent pump-overs

 

AGEING

In oak barrels for 9 months

 

TASTING NOTES

Very limpid purplish-red colour. The bouquet is dominated by the fruity sensation of cherry followed by floral and spicy notes. It is soft and well-balanced on the palate.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Fresh pasta with meat sauces, light main courses, cold cuts.
